Hi folks, don't have an idea about cars, looking for something around the above price. Wouldn't do much milage in it, maybe 10-15000 km a year. Any ideas? TIA

You need to be a bit more specific in what you want or need. 13/14k could buy you a variety of different size cars. What are you driving presently? Are you looking for something similar again?

Octavia is a decent car but for that amount of mileage I recommend a petrol. Petrol octavias are scarce enough. What about a newer Ford Focus.
