    Hi just wondering does anyone know how long it takes revenue to come back with a capital acquisitions tax certificate of discharge, days weeks, months?

    Sorry what do you mean by still issued? We put in application for certificate last week, we have a pending land registry application and we need it back for that so just trying to figure out how long they normally take to issue one? Thankyou for replying on this

    Sorry i know what you mean now, yes in some circumstances they are we had to apply for adverse possession of family home due to lost deeds and land registry require a cat discharge cert
