Hello all! I've just picked up a zgemma h7s and I'm trying to set it up. I managed to find terrestrial channels no problem but I cant seem to find any satellite channels. Anybody know what my issue might be?

Have you a tv aerial and a dish up?
Don't know much about these but know my in-laws need one of each to pick up both sets of channels.

I worked it out, I did a blind scan.

    Thanks!

It's possible you are trying to view restricted/pay channels? You should use something like AutoBouquetsMaker, you can pick your region for Saorview and then pick Freesat UK and it should pick just the channels you can view and put them in a nice order.

Thank you very much. I started scan in autobouquets maker, for some reason tuning fails on freesat uk even do all channels are already tuned in. No idea what the issue could be

Are you certain that the dish is correctly aligned? Was the dish being used by something else previous (e.g. sky box)? If it was using sky, was it on sky q or the older sky + box?

Yes, dish is aligned. I also know that it can tune in satellite stations from the initial set up scan. My problem is with setting up auto bouquets, below is the error message. I can see all the stations but they are all over the place which is what I need the auto bouquet maker for

    Sorry, replying on phone!
I can receive satellite stations, the problem is with setting up bouquets to organise stations. All satellite channels are tuned in and tuner b is set to be the same as tuner a. Attached is an image of the error

What image are you using and have you 2 cables from the dish?

do a screenshot of the tuners.

Use the built in signal finder to confirm that both tuners are getting a signal. Or swap the satellite coax cables to check both are working.

I'm using open at 6.3 and there are 2 cables plugged into the box. Below is a screenshot of the tuners

Make tuner B single as well. I dont know why you have it linked to Tuner A. Yours is a new box to me but I would have tuners separate.

Also do a hard reboot, it could be a simple glitch.

I think it might be an alignment issue. I set the provider abm to sky roi and it sorted channels no issue. It's a sky satellite that came with the house that I moved into. Would it be worthwhile having the dish realigned?

If you got the sky roi then dish is fine. Have you swopped cables? Are you new to these boxes? Lots of bits to configure.

It was an alignment issue, it's now properly aligned and I was able to sort my bouquets. Thanks everyone for your help!
