    Hello,

I'm currently taking an ETB course and we've recently had a situation where our excellent tutor had quit and was replaced by an outrageously incompetent one who isn't fit for the role.

When us students voiced our concerns, course admins have ignored us.

Who would you recommend contacting about this? Is there a main ETB office I can email or call?

Union of Students of Ireland should place you on the right path as to your rights. 01 709 9300
However , the ETB might have had little choice in who applied for the position.

Start with course director, then Principal, then ETB director of schools.

Try the principal. The ETB should have a QQI Quality Assurance officer.

If the course is run in an ETB training centre (ex FAS centre) place a written complaint witn the course manager. If the course is run by an external provider complain to the Contract Training Officer who is the ETBs manager for the course.
