RTE player not working

RTE player has stopped working on my Smart tv built in app. It playes the ads no problem, and then I get a black screen with the timer going round and around. I tried to play Operation Transformation and this happened and also First Dates Ireland I tried Fair city (cant stand this show)and it worked fine. Anyone else this…
