    Is it possible ?
Well i'm sure it is but how hard.
Fire is middles of a gable wall, bungalow with a rad to the left of it .

I do have another fire with a back boiler that we don't use,its in our kitchen.
I'll like to disconnect that one,It doesn't seem to have an associated pump/stat or anything.
Just a 1" copper pipe from the attic heading down to it and away under the floor as far as i can tell.

its like this one (parkray),it heats up from the oil burner.I guess its sending heat straight up the chimney :(

    Maybe.
Everything is possible with money and skill.

It’s something that really needs a plumber to inspect and tell you the options.

I’d be thinking stove with boiler rather than a back boiler, that’s if it’s a runner at all.

Was thinking about this last night.
I'm a sparky so forgive my ignorance.
The 1" pipe that currently comes across the attic from my oil burner (or the rad circuit at least).
Would it be a case of spitting that and running it to the new stove?

I'm not worried about the actual fitting of the stove.
Pipes via the floor is probably a non runner thought.
Attic down and up is easy.
