Hi, we applied for HAP a few months ago and we were called to blanchardstown to sign agreement as our application got accepted. We will be getting 1275 on last monday of the month paid into landlord account. Our rent is 1600 so we only need to pay the rest to landlord which is 325.
The problem is that we pay landlord every 1st of the month and according to contract it says so. So its a but confusing now what should be do as next week is already end of month and rent has to be paid. Our 1st time hap payment will be done on 26th Feb only.

HAP payments are paid in arrears, so you'll have to cover the difference until it's paid.

1250 benefit into OP's paw, to go with his WFP, and he's looking for citizenship, no wonder this country is a joke

    Fixed that for you.

Would you let someone live in your house for free so?
