Huawei P20 Pro v Samsung S9

I currently have a samsung s7 edge and I am thinking of upgrading to either a Huawei P20 Pro or a Samsung S9. If I was to buy a P20 Pro does it have access to the google play store and google services? Both of these phones are under €600 in Harvey Norman currently.

P20 Pro has full Google services. I've had one for about a year and a half now. Great phone.

If you don't mind buying from adverts you'd comfortably have a newer Samsung S10 or P30 Pro for that sort of budget.

As long as the sellers feedback is good I wouldn't be worried.
