Claim expenses Primary Teacher?

Just wondering what expenses can you claim as a primary school teacher or what do you have to do? I'm a NQT so I'm new to all this stuff. I went to the doctor last January, can you use this or how does it work? Thanks

All people can claim 20% tax relief on medical expenses.

Your occupation is not relevant.

You may be referring to work-related expenses?
