Leak from Concrete first floor

Discovered I have a leak on the first floor hot press area. The floor is a concrete slab and leak is coming through on the ground floor ceiling where two slabs join. I can see the water downstairs but the floor upstairs is dry. All my water hot / cold water shut off valves along with the motorised valves for my central heating is in the hotpress so would have a large amount of possible candidates for leak. Would I neeed a plumber or general contractor to look at as it will require some of the concrete slab to be taken up along with possible some timber floors.
