Viewed a property today that had potential. Agent said that it had been treated for pyrite recently and all said certificates will accompany the sale.
Can anyone let me know if this is something to worry about if making a future bid on the property ?

Once it’s been treated is that the issue resolved forever or is there potential if it returning?
    I haven’t a clue
    Thanks

Once green cert issued pyrite should not be an issue in the future. In my opinion.
