New gas boiler query

    Hi all,

    I got a new gas boiler installed recently with a hive thermostat that is able to boost the hot water via a motorized valve, the issue is when I boost the hot water some of the rads loose temperature is it normal?

    ok, shouldn't really have a dramatic effectualness the boiler is close to undersized.

    One thing to check, it the balance valve on the hot water cylinder open too far (this would in essence rob the CH when the hot water is on)
