Graphics card with DVI and HDMI - can it output to two display port monitors?

I have a NVIDIA GeForce GT 1030 2GB Graphics Card
Its outputs are DVI and HDMI

I have 2 monitors which have a DVI and Display port in each.

I would love to output 2560 x 1440 on each. Whats the cheapest method? I'm thinking of selling the 1030 and getting something else. No games needed.

I tried to use DVI and a HDMI->DPort cable but I ended up with the DVI looking blurry because it can't go to that resolution.

And the HDMI->Dport cable didn't render anything on the monitor.

    I would appreciate any help.

I've since learnt: There is no good cable that goes from HDMI to Displayport (the other way is the norm).
DVI dual link can output 2560 x 1600
HDMI can convert to DVI dual link

I think my answer is to buy those two cables.
