hey all im putting together a new CV and needs dates of when i started and left where would i get these dates from , is there a TAX office Request form or anything like this that i would require the dates

I think you just need to write the months or whatever. Like I don’t think it matters about a week or two here or there

Generally people just put down the month and year, you don't need to be that specific.
