    Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with this scheme recently. I applied 6 months ago and was told at the time that the waiting time was around 6 months. Now they are saying 18 months. Also I was just wondering what happens if you are trying to carry out your own renovations at the same time that aren't covered in the scheme, has anyone managed to coordinate this?
    How useful have you found the scheme
