Bookmarks Synced Wrong

    I turned on a secondary laptop I use sometimes today that hadn't been turned on in a couple of months, then immediately after I noticed my bookmarks had changed to an older version on both laptops on Chrome.

    I think when chrome synced up it used the second laptop's bookmarks to overwrite the first but that means I've lost months worth of bookmarks and I can't see any way to restore it. I hadn't exported them to a html in a while too, so I don't have a backup. Is there any way to restore them? Running Windows 10.

    EDIT: Actually never mind managed to get it from local storage!
