Anyone any experience of renting or buying in this area? Its proximity to the train is very attractive.

Is there any anti social behaviour? What's the train noise like? Thanks in advance.

I'll sell you an apartment if you want!

Been there a while. Train becomes background noise. The odd anti social issues but gardai do a drive by regular enough and if you report it are usually up very fast

Thanks! Would you mind expanding on the antisocial behaviour? Living in a rough area at the moment and not keen to go from the frying pan into the fire.

lands hanging out in the car park/the odd car break in.

There is a planning application in with the LA for gates/wall along the front which should eliminate all that.

a fair few apartments rented to career lone parents and HAP tenants, have seen a few screaming matches off balconies / house parties / activites requiring garda cars or been told of them. Not a bad area but it has its moments.

Recently? There was one apartment a couple of years ago that was really bad but she is long gone

Ask the management company. They are locked.

Are you a landlord, renter or owner?

If you are a renter ask your landlord.
