Cost of soffit & gutter replacement

Trying to have the soffit and gutters replaced on my garage and finding it nearly impossible to get anyone. Got one quote so far of 1950 which seems completely off the wall. Could anyone advise what I should expect to pay or recommend anyone? It is a standard double garage. Thanks

I just got an entire 2 story house done for not much more than that! I'd say it is more of a 'go away and don't annoy us with small jobs' situation. Though in fairness there is going to be a basic turn out and organisation cost, the actual time and materials for fitting is less relevant.
