Win store entries in App data

    CCleaner detected multiple entries "Win Store".
    As I have never used this app (W 8.1) I'm curious why this is happening.

    Maybe it could of been cached from a Windows update? Admittedly it's only just over 5mb so I would think too much about it myself.
