Chrome video problems

Hey Having a problem with Chrome. Embedded videos (FB, BoredPanda etc) and Gifs will not play properly. The video will play and there is audio but the screen is black. Cleared cache and did a reset of settings. The videos work fine in FireFox. Seemed to start last Thurs after a windows update. Running Windows 7 Pro…

Hey

Running Windows 7 Pro btw.......I know - I will eventually upgrade to 10.

Are you using the latest version of Chrome? It seems something like a overhang of Flash? I'm only guessing myself but you could always install SRS-Iron (also Chromium) to double check if the problem replicates itself on that.
