Problems with an Irish word in Outlook and Word

    I've added a word to both Custom Dictionaries and Roaming Custom Dictionaries.


    Both dictionaries are ticked. (active)


    I had the spelling of the name in one of the dictionaries, but without the fada (accent). I removed that spelling.


    I now only have the correct spelling of the word in both dictionaries.


    But, in both Word and Outlook, when I type the name, it appears without the accents and a red line does not appear under it, even though it's no longer in the dictionary.


    What am I doing wrong?
