    Hi
Looking for a recommendation for Architect that will draw up concept design plans ? Ive a good builder that can take it from there but am really keen to get the layout right .
hoping to find somone who will develop 2 to 3 concepts, factoring in
    • Flow of house existing and extension
    • Light !
    • use space we have today to best we can
    • Storage
    • Flow into the garden

We got concept drawings done and have used them directly with the builder. It's working out ok so far but we've had to take on a lot of things an architect would have done like planning where light switches and fittings go or radiators. Just a heads up because if we'd realised just how much there was to it I think we would have contracted an architect for the whole thing.

Great thanks for the feedback . Would you recommend who your go to so the concept designs?
Would have preferred to have someone overseas it all just comes down to cost. Hoping this is the best compromise

That post doesn’t mean Bryan sent you a PM. He is telling posters to make any recommendations to you by PM only.
