    1. I have reduced water pressure to the cold kitchen tap and my water meter is submerged within the boundary box. Is there something wrong?

    This may be from surface water, however if your pressure is also affected, it may be due to an issue with the boundary box, external stop valve or the water meter.

    Can you provide the below details by PM and a member of our team will look into this for you?

    - Name;
    - Contact number; and
    - Full address, including the Eircode.

    2. If your neighbour sewer pipe is damaged and is potentially causing damage to the neighbour’s property. Who is responsibility to fix the leak and any potential damage to the neighbour’s property?

    Thank you for getting in touch and we're sorry to hear this.

    As this matter is on private property, this falls under the remit of the landowners to resolve. If there is a dispute arising from the responsibility of the cost associated with the repairs, then you will have to discuss this further with your neighbour. I hope that this information helps.

    5. I have a case open with Irish Water since July regarding a refund for the cost of a leak detection company survey which was recommended by an Irish Water engineer. Can you provide me with an update?
