Hi there Court order sent to an employer for an attachment of earnings in regards to child maintenance. The court order has been ignored and no payment has been made to the beneficiary. Hi there

Court order sent to an employer for an attachment of earnings in regards to child maintenance.

The court order has been ignored and no payment has been made to the beneficiary.

Follow up will need to happen, is it the district office who issued the order to the employer to follow it up or is the individual who must apply to the courts again ?

I cant find much information online regarding " ignoring a court order by an employer for an attachment of earnings "

This person is working in the company full time .
