Audi a1 has clunking noise when lightly braking

Hi my 2011 audi a1 has a clunking noise when lightly braking.It starts around 20 minutes after driving and gets louder the longer you drive and use the brakes.It is mostly heard in slow traffic.Anyone have any idea what could be causing the noise?. Thanks

Either way, mystery noises are usually impossible to guess at.
Take the car to a mechanic to check.

I'd be checking the 2 13 bolts on each caliper. But that just the mechanic side of me
