Any form of plan to view?

Will it have escape? Window? Electrics?
By creating this room, does it block or remove escape from another room?

It wouldn't block any escape and already has a window. May need a central located bulb for the room so a small bit of work there. Just wondering if it would be a lot or a small amount?
