    Hi,

has anybody ever ordered something with an online shop called greenshop.ie?
They are mainly selling used e-bikes. I have placed an order with them (and paid in full) on 18. December 2019 and trying to get in touch with them regarding delivery. I have written to the e-mail address given on the website and also used the "contact us form" a couple of times now but didn't get a reply. There is no phone number given on the website but they also have adds on done deal were I found one but no luck either.
The address given on the website is 77 Camden Street Lower, Dublin 2. I went there but no sign of greenshop.ie.
The website looks legitimate enough but I start fearing it's a scam. I also can't find any reviews or comments on them online.

Did anybody heard of them or bought something from them?

    You were done.

A quick google image search of the bikes displayed show they were ripped from a Polish 'Buy and Sell' website.

That's the dodgiest website I've seen in some time. Multiple red alerts like the bank account details, the contact email etc.

Chasing up the bank account is the first thing I'd do.

There bank account is registered to BOI in Athy also which seems odd.

I hope you paid by credit card or paypal business and not friend/family. Did they give you an ETA on your oreder when you paid them? If it were me I'd be looking to recover my money asap.

I took it that the OP paid directly into the bank a/c instead of by card.

Some people shouldn't be allowed to manage their own money...

I didnt think anyone still fell for the bank transfer only, no Paypal/credit card scam, haven't heard of that in years.

How much did you give them?

It's a very costly mistake. I'm not sure your post is particularly helpful to the OP. The pain of losing that much money is likely enough to make them feel bad without rubbing it in.

Hi, new to this so bear with me.

    I bought a ebike/emoped off them last october 2019.
I didn't pay cash, but set up the cycle to work scheme to include them and bought through that. If I was to guess, it was their first time doing transactions that way aswell as they were not too sure how it was done.
Anyway, I did receive the bike from them approx 5/6 weeks later. It arrived by courrier (green courrier).
They were quick enough to email me back, but when I said a part was broken, they replied by saying they would send on a replacement, but nothing ever arrived.
But only after trying to find them again recently, have found no trace, only this thread.
