Haven't stayed in either of these but they look fabulous

Lani's suites- has great reviews and the restaurant is supposed to be gorgeous.

Lava beach- walked passed this place every day on holidays last year. Looked gorgeous

I believe Lani’s suites is classed as a hotel. The rooms do not have much by way of self catering facilities. (Looking at the photos anyway)

Most higher end accom is in the hotels. There are some good apartment complexes but if you want High end self catering you’re probably looking at booking.com or Airbnb
