Sushi Knife?

Can anyone recommend a sharp knife for cutting sushi rolls , one that is good for the home enthusiast but wont break the bank , Thanks

Pick up a santoku knife in tkmax.

It will become your everything knife.

Trick with cutting sushi rolls is to keep the knife wet. Really, any sharp knife will do this job.

Just to say while one can fins the odd gem in tkmaxx there is a lot of tat there as well.

As the beer man said it's all about the sharp. I keep a 3000 grit waterstone in water on the counter and give the edge three licks either side when I pick up a knife and three when I'm finished with it.
