hello I am a student and I have **** all money right now, does anyone know where I could get a cheap haircut in dublin. I was trying to look up barber schools where they might do them for free but cant find any. thanks

There's a place on the quays, northside by the Halfpenny Bridge, that does 5 or 6 euro haircuts too. Blue neon lights in the window, don't know what it's called.
