Where do I find the SIM PIN option?

    I've ported to virgin mobile and want to change the sim pin. All the videos on YT say its under settings - phone - sim pin - change pin. The problem I have is that SIM PIN is not on either my iphone SE or iphonei 11 running ios13. All networks I've been with todate have auto recognised the sim pin so there was no need to imput everytime I turn on the device. Any advice appreciated.
