Three Mobile took money from my account even after I moved to different provider and they owe me 30+ euro. I have contacted twice for a refund, they said a cheque will be sent to my address but never received one. I remember similar incident happened a few years ago andI never got back my 10 euro. Make an official complaint. Follow their complaints process. Make sure you get a reference number. If you still have not received the cheque then contact Comreg and supply them with the complaints reference number.

They will take it from there.
