I get a full Irish state pension but I'm living in the Uk. Am I insured in Ireland or Uk as EHIC is based on where you are insured?

NHS covers, and will continue to cover, Irish in the UK under a domestic legislative basis and not EHIC.

Sorry, made a mess of that post.
I get a full Irish State Pension.
I get a part UK State Pension.
I get a part Jersey State pension.
I get a part German State Pension.
I pay Tax in the UK on the 1st 3.
I pay Tax to Germany on the German Pension.
After Brexit the qualification for the EHIC Card for travelling in Europe depends on where you are insured.

    Where am I insured?

If you are living in the UK, you are insured in the UK.
The EHIC card depends on Brexit and a future deal. As far as it stands you still can get a EHIC card as a British resident until the 31st of December,2020.
Nobody knows about after that day. It all depends on the deal Boris Johnston wants to make with the EU.

Why don't you get a property here in Ireland? Make it your first home- and you can have both worlds-Brexitland and the EU!
