    Hi

For the last 9 months, I have been actively looking for a car.
Driven to various places to private and SIMI dealers around.

Cars are usually looking quite nice and are well prepared for sale but when I do my wheels report I get Red Warning Level.

This happened for me 5th times in the row now with various cars in various places.
I just want to give up trying and get the current car anyway.
Would you buy that kind of car that was imported from UK?

Warning Level - red due to the following alerts being raised on this vehicle:
This vehicle is beyond economic repair

    Beyond Economic Repair (Category C/D)

I look for petrol cars (doing small mileage). Ford Focus/Opel Astra etc. and this is happening all the time.

There is already a similar thread here:

What price range are you looking at? Buying privately is mind fiend and there are a lot of shady characters on donedeal selling cars with colourful histories, etc. Same goes with dealers, there are good and bad dealers, again if your looking at cheap examples then they are usually cheap for a reason with more questions than answers. Being a SIMI dealer means nothing, they are a lobby group for the motor trade and only represent the their own needs and wants. Surely a friend or family member who bought cars over the years can recommend a dealer who they got good service from both from buying the car and dealing with issues afterwards.

I will look to spend from 5000 to 9000 eur. A year makes less difference. I'm looking more for mileage - generally need a car to move from place A to B.
Trying to avoid TSI engines but that is not strong requirement
