I signed up last Thursday (Jan 9th), received and connected equipment on Sat Jan 11th. I can connect to WIFI but internet not available. I contact Virgin Media and they are saying there is a provisioning issue for all new Customers and wont give a time to resolve estimate. Anyone else having this issue - pissed off with them at this stage.

I ordered last Monday 9am. Received gear at 10:30am Tuesday. Fully functional by 11am.

Surprised at the lack of an ethernet cable, but speeds are at max over wifi to PC.

    Is yours FTTH perhaps?

(Do you have a little box that converts from a fiber cable to a CoAx copper cable that connects to TV/Router?)
