Hi, we,re in the throes of renovating a property with a view to eventual renting. We,re trying to minimise cost, therefore not have a boiler system fitted, its a 2 bedroom flat....has anyone here experience of elec heaters in this situation? Any other options?..would a basic boiler system be preferable? Thanks..we,ll fit elec showrrs and undersink water heater btw..
