    Hi Nickendrick,

    Thanks for getting in touch and sorry to hear you're having this experience.

    Irish Water is responsible for the public water and wastewater network, and as this is occurring on private private on your neighbours side, it would fall outside of our remit to resolve.

    If there is a dispute arising from the repairs and the costs involved, it would be the responsibility of the landowners to find a resolution.

    We're very sorry for any inconvenience caused.
