hi all wrote a thread before christmas, got some great advice
Managed to submit bp application with the help of my mum, and we sent everything but the kitchen sink lol
the thing that says I'm fit to register with Ncbi, birth cert, we even magically, found a report from my consultant ophthalmologist, re my eyes being removed, also sent something from my irish ocularist stating 2 prosthesis in situ, all that can be done is regular maintenance, you get the picture.... I'm a blind mouse forever after....
I don't blame them asking for evidence, people around me think its silly but I don't, because not everyone that applies for bp is blind, and certainly only a very small number of people have had bilateral enucleation ( both eyes removed )
question now is is there any way to speed things up re them making a decision? I've been told that the CMO can make a decision just on medical evidence alone, and i do believe this is what will happen, but in the meantime i have almost no money, and getting to the community welfare officer is not easy, for obvious reasons
    Any insight appreciated
    TIA

You should contact the CWO and tell him/her your difficulties about getting to the office. They will arrange to come and see you at home.
