    Hi,
    Simple one to start with.

    How does one contract Vodafone?

I'm trying to move the service to the new home and the Home Move team have received a message as such through e-mail (2 weeks ago) but there has been no corresponding contact back from them, no way of contacting them through phone.

Try 1907 or 1890809000. I'm 7 weeks waiting for broadband. Got a text when I ordered it, and nothing since. Have been calling every day. Get through every other day as sometimes no one answers, or it just cuts me off. Really unhappy with them. If i can get through to them I'll be cancelling my order. Never seen anything like it.

This is very worrying to read, just signed up last Friday and haven't got anything from them apart from the GDPR email.

Tried contacting them on Twitter where they either have a bot responding or the person on the other end is extremely unhelpful.

have you been receiving the line that they will update as soon as the line test is done yet given no ETA?
