    Your heading could do with more clarification as it looks like a "what day of the week is it" post!

    Any 5 star hotel will do fine dining 7 days a week. Most stand alone such restaurants will.open Sunday but may close on Mondays as it's considered the quietest day of the week for hospitality. Peploes on Stephens Green and Bang on Merrion Row are 2 I'd recommend.
