    Hi all,

Hope this is n't a silly question but here goes.

I started a C.E. Scheme placement in November 2019 last.

Two weeks before commencing this scheme, I started a one - day week F.E.T.A.C. Level 5 course in a similar area of work to the scheme. I completed the course just before Christmas, and will receive results of same in the coming months.

My supervisor mentioned in passing to me today if there were any other courses that I was interested in doing, but I honestly don't know what else I could study in relation to my area of work. (Apparently on C.E. Schemes supervisors need to encourage further study in their participants).

I am in an Office Administrator role on C.E. and completed F.E.T.A.C. Level 5 in Reception & Office Skills before Christmas (see above).

I also am third level educated with a Level 8 in Childcare Management. (Worked in this area for a few years, and have now changed my career.)

    My question is:
Is it compulsory for me to complete another course (in my case)? as I am at a bit of a loss as to what else I could study :(

    Thank you.
