Ferguson Ariva problem

    Hi all,

    I got a new TV last weekend. It is a Samsung 55Q60R.

    I use a Ferguson Ariva that I got about 18 months ago for freeview and saorview. I also have an IPTV box seperate.

    I've noticed with the new tv that there is lag or freezeframing quite regularly when watching channels on the Ferguson. No such problem on the newer IPTV box.

    This is when watching HD channels too e.g. Coronation Street on ITV HD.

    Anyone got any ideas about this.

    As it isnt happening on the other box, I can only conclude that it isnt the TV but could be the ferguson box?

    All theories welcome!!

    Try swapping the two inputs to the tv to see if it makes any difference.

    I bought a high speed HDMI cable at the weekend and it made no difference.

    I'll try with your suggestion.
