Velux window issue

Hi all, I've a 15 year old velux window (center hinge GGLM08) in my bedroom. Over the past few months it has started to make a whistle like noise on windy nights. I've changed the foam on the ventilation flap and it hasn't fully fixed the problem. The noise is really starting to grate!!

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Any advice would be really appreciated

    Good man Sean.
Is the roof tiled or slated?

I would go to the Velux.ie site and search there using the window code for spares/replacement parts like flashing, etc. Also, well worth emailing them with the problem. i have 2 velux windows in the attic for about 20 years. Last year one of the windows broke. Turned out there was an issue with the glass. I emailed them and they replaced both free of charge. My experience is they have an excellent after sales service. Can't praise them highly enough. Worth a try.
