Will a slightly buckled rim wear a tyre uneven? New tyres fitted to rim and he said it slightly buckled but he do he best to balanced it .having no vibration in steering wheel

It would want to be a fair buckle and if you cannot feel it through the steering wheel then I wouldn't think it was badly buckled. Uneven tyre wear is usually contributed to over/under inflation, worn suspension components or misaligned wheels depending on which part of the tyre is unevenly worn.

Which part of the tyre was unevenly worn?

Got two new front tyres and tracking done .Tyres that was on it was badly worn on inside but probably down to tracking .just as tyres was like €150 each don't want them to be wearing uneven probably just keep a close eye on them .Was thinking the same can't be too bad as I can't feel it through the steering

The wheel would be cheap to fix if you do notice a vibration in the future.

I got 20 inch wheel straightened in Galway for €50 last September

Put the buckled wheel on the back.

I meant to put the new tyres on the undamaged alloys and put them on the front. Do you have an alloy spare?

If he had any brains he would have put the new tyre on one of the rear wheels and fitted it to the front and put the bent rim on the rear where it will make no difference to steering.
