Hi I got a large filling on one of my wisdom teeth 8 days ago. Ever since then my teeth are catching on my inner cheek. The skin on the inside being nipped all the time. I thought it was just from the swelling after the injection. But should this be still the case after 8 days? Or did the dentist make the filling too large?

There might be some amalgam sticking out that needs to be filed down.
