Security camera recommendation

I had my car damaged last night and I’m looking to get a camera. Preferably something that could stand on a window sill and look out onto the road. The car is parked across the road so about 25 feet away. Also something with some sort of night vision. Possibly a WiFi camera that records to a cloud etc? Any advice…

Any advice appreciated. Just need one and willing to spend a hundred or two if that’s a decent budget
