Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all

I got my divorce granted on the 16.10.19 and I have a scanned copy of the court stamped Decree of Divorce from my solicitor.

Is there another form I need to get after this, a legal certificate of some kind?

I was on the birth cert site and you only get an option for obtaining marriage certificates so not sure where I need to go or what I need to be doing.

The court stamped decree done my mother for changing her surname at the bank and other stuff. Get to an office centre and get a few photocopies of it. Keep the original yourself.

Yes, In England you need a decree nisi to get to court. Closest thing here is a deed of separation, which comes before the divorce. Like the nisi in England comes before the divorce.
