Murderers's confessions.

Jeremy Bamber is serving a life sentence for the massacre of his adopted family (which is the subject of a drama starting tonight on ITV at 9 and Virgin Media One on Monday night at 10).

At first, police believed that Bamber's sister killed her children and her parents and took her own life. However, he was arrested after his girlfriend told police he had confessed to her that he killed his family.

Why would a murderer who feels no guilt take the risk of confessing to a person with whom he or she is in a relationship? Such a confession amounts to extreme stupidity.
