I left subscription satellite TV about 6 months ago when I moved house.

Since then, I have used my old sky+ hd box as a free to air box ( with a UK card). I had saorview through my tv. (lucky to have both aerial and satellite dish).

I've been following this forum for some time, and just after Christmas, I took the plunge and bought a zGemma H7S, with hdd.

Early days, but it works well, I can record and timeshift, and am in the process of creating a combined saorview and Freesat bouquet for the EPG.

I would like to thank the experts here who guided me with my decision.

No doubt I'll have some noobie questions as I get more familiar with the box!
