Inheritance Question

A Non Blood Uncle has died and left a farm to a beneficiary subject to him paying my mother €100,000 within 2 years of the date of death.

Would I be right in saying that the valuation date would be the date of receipt of the monies being today or the Grant of Probate. The grant in this instance is over 1. 5 years old but the monies have only been paid today into her account as per the condition of will.

Hopefully, the valuation date will be receipt in order to avoid the necessary late penalties?
